Trust Home Financial is launching an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in a challenging, rewarding industry. No prior mortgage industry experience is required.


We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious person with an administrative and technical edge to partner with our Executive team as we grow our Mortgage company, while developing the next generation of Mortgage Professionals. 


What You'll Do


  • General Executive Administration
  • Learn the fundamentals of the Company and mortgage industry
  • Notes & Minutes recording, priority management, internal communications
  • Assess current systems, processes & technology stack (Primarily the Telephony, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loan Origination System (LOS) systems
  • Research, recommend, demonstrate to Executive team & implement improved systems, processes & technology to facilitate the company’s growth & scaling
  • Employee communication & demonstrations of company processes & systems
  • Ongoing maintenance, management & improvement of systems, processes & technology
  • An ongoing focus on industry Compliance, Regulations, & Security is required
  • An ongoing focus on Marketing, Sales & Operations systems, technology & processes is strongly desired
  • Participate in mentorship, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching
